Service Description

Hatha Yoga is a fantastic way to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength while calming the mind and reducing stress. Through breathwork and posture, you’ll find yourself becoming more centred and mindful. It’s a wonderful practice for both physical and mental well-being. Class Details: To help create a commitment, I’ll be running this class in 6-week blocks. For the first block, running up to Christmas, I’m offering the same deal as my Freestyle Fitness Yoga class: 6 weeks for £54 (paid upfront) Pay-as-you-go £11 per class What to bring: A yoga mat A yoga strap (or a tie, scarf, or belt for stretching) If you prefer to use your own block, bring one or a towel to place over the shared blocks Warm clothing, and feel free to bring a blanket for relaxation at the end The hall will be heated, but everyone feels the cold differently, so be prepared to keep warm during relaxation. Parking: There is parking on the roads around the church and some space directly outside. I will park on the drive at the back, and there will be room for a few more cars behind mine. Important: Before the class, please fill out the PAR-Q form for health and safety purposes. You can find the form here: PAR-Q Form. Next Steps: Please confirm your booking and arrange payment for either the full course or the first class so I can finalise everything and get this exciting new class underway with peace of mind.
